Mary
Donahue, Ph.D. teaches at Troy State University Florida
Region and the University of Miami. Her expertise is the development
of women’s garment design in the United States; and special
interest is the Pre-Raphaelite and Aesthetic Movement in England.
Her current projects involve investigations into national identity
in the production of American fashion in the late 19th and early
20th centuries as well as Rossetti’s late paintings of
women.
